KookieJar is an open-source signature randomizer for Win-32 platforms, written in Borland Delphi and distributed under Mozilla Public License 1.1. While a signature generator is typically a fairly simple application, KookieJar has a number of unique features and I believe it is the most featureful random .sig generator for Windows currently available, including freeware and shareware products. KookieJar was originally released in September 1998, and is now a mature and stable application at version 6.1 (November 2002).
KookieJar has been voted "Pricelessware" by readers of alt.comp.freeware newsgroup (http://www.pricelessware.org/2002/pricelesswareinternet.htm).
